I love my “Texas”embroidery with the beautiful Blue Bonnet flowers. It is my favorite!
These kits are great way to learn the art of embroidery, including various stitches and techniques. They also offer a great opportunity for additional practice. My only complaint is that some of the videos are jumbled and aren’t as straightforward, especially with the second learning kit. Other than that, these are great.
I almost never leave reviews, but this kit was so wanting I feel the need to warn people. The directions are the bare minimum, unless you know what you’re doing already, you will get lost. One of my state kits came with a thread color the directions never indicated where to use it. The QR codes to the “tutorials” almost never worked when I went to open them - they just took me to a “this video is private” screen. The one time they did work, all the videos are general and never relate to the actual state you’re stitching. They never give you a picture, just a drawing (which isn’t particularly helpful) of the finished embroidery. Also, when I emailed them per the website: “email us with questions, we’re happy to help,” I literally never got a response and that was almost a month ago. This product is far too expensive for having no directions and not suited for beginners because it lacks clear instructions. Just trace your own state outline and flower, buy your own supplies, and save yourself $30.
The state flower kits are so fun and fast to make and make fabulous presents. It’s a win- win.
I just received this the other day everything looks great. I have to finish what I’m working on now before I can start it.
I haven't had a chance to do any of the items I ordered but did receive everything I ordered in a timely fashion. The instructions were easy to download and print off. I'm looking forward to getting back into embroidery. It's been ages :(

I ordered the states of California and Oklahoma to give as Christmas gifts. These are fantastic sets! It's easy to do, not overwhelming like some projects are, and the patterns are beautiful! Thank you for making these perfect sets!
very nice kit that comes with everything you need to get started. I had a slight snafu with the wrong state sent initially and had EXCELLENT customer service with the correct state sent out immediately. Can’t wait to get started on this project.
I finished the Texas kit last night and am so pleased with the results! This is my third embroidery kit and my first from Stitch Ease. What I learned is that the high quality of this kit and the materials has a definite impact on the creation. I can't wait to work on the other two kits I ordered.
I am not new to embroidery but it has been quite a while (years) since I’ve worked on anything. This pattern was easy to follow and fun, and also a great refresher for how to do a variety of stitches. I’m looking forward to giving the lovely finished product as a gift!
Love these kits! The care and time put into them to help you learn embroidery is phenomenal. However, keep an eye on the labeling of the floss, as mine came mislabeled! I used the wrong color in the wrong place because of it but honestly it could have been avoided if I had used my brain, and I'm gonna love the outcome anyway. Just as a heads up!
I am completely new to embroidery. Although I grew up sewing with my grandmother, I haven't done anything remotely like this in decades (I'm now in my 30s). The idea of embroidery first came to me because I wanted something to do with my hands during idle hours, that would keep me off my phone. Then, when I had to have meniscal surgery and found out I would have limited mobility and be off work for 4-6 weeks, I knew it was time to give it a try. I purchased 3 kits - Beginner's Samplers 1 and 2, as well as the "love" project. I'm almost done with 2 of the 3 and I am honestly so glad I got them. I can't wait to get better and fully plan to do more in the future. Thanks for getting me going!
I wanted to get back into embroidery after a hiatus and the selection offered by this company was great for what I wanted to do.
Although I bought a beginner kit, I had learned to embroider as a young girl, taught by my grandmother. I have to confess that I’ve forgotten a lot. This is a wonderful kit ! Very easy. It’s all coming back to me, along with some pretty special memories. Thank you so much.
I was looking for something easy to work on at night instead of scrolling through social media. I found these and in one night I was able to complete half of the project. Looking forward to getting a few more to keep me busy!
